By Air:

  • Bacolod City is the entry point to Negros Occidental. By air, Bacolod is 45 minutes from Manila and 25 minutes from Cebu. Philippine Airlines has three daily flights from Manila and and a daily flight from Cebu. Air Philippines and Cebu Pacific Airways also have two daily flights from Manila.

By Sea:

  • A 20 hour leisurely cruise to and from Manila aboard world - class sea vessels by Negros Navigation and Super Ferry.
  • 55 minutes by first class fast craft to and from Iloilo City. The Banago and the BREDCO or Reclamation ports are the vessel's entry points.

By Land:

  • Numerous jeepneys are availible within the city and outlaying rural barangays
  • Modern air-conditioned metered taxis are available 24 hours. Flag down is P25.00. Can be contracted for service by arrangement with the driver.
  • Comfortable and modern buses have regular routes to the province.
